There are two aspects of putting this 'zine out every month that I just love. The first, is getting to read all the submissions that get sent in. Sometimes choosing just a few pieces is a difficult process-- not only selecting works that I like, but ones that I think will "speak to" to Grrowl's readers and also fit well together. Difficult, but rewarding in the end when I'm able to put another issue of Grrowl! up online.The other thing that I love is getting mail from readers of the 'zine who send in their comments and thoughts and experiences based on, or sparked by the things they've read here. Some readers turn into writers and I get to watch and participate in that process too.
I get so much out of publishing this baby, that I wanted to thank both the authors and the audience for making it not only possible, but also so much fun.
